I'm in love with works of French fashion illustrator, Sophie Griotto. She's sooooo talented!!! Inspired by the contemporary urban woman and using tools such as: pencils, pastel crayons and digital techniques, she creates amazing illustrations -really vivid, colorful, feminine and dynamic. Absolutely loooove it!!!
There is something so artistic about the different shapes, sizes and styles of type. But typography is not just about choosing a nice typeface. Actually it's much more than that, and some designers proved it by mixing typography with portraits and creating typograhic faces.
The next dose of fabulous fashion illustration. This time there are made by fashion illustrator David Downtown.
Aasha Ramdeen received her ba in graphic design, and mfa in fine art in 2002. Since then she has worked in various arenas from advertising to the stationery industry, while remaining both a freelance illustrator and continuing to produce commissioned art. As a result, her work has appeared on numerous stationery products, websites, textiles, home décor and private collections throughout the world.
