Turquoise obsession

I looove turquoise - this mix of blue and green. The favorite of mine is the one as of the cage in a picture above. But it has so many other shades, and each is totally different. Light, pale aqua, has a sweet feminine feel, while the darker, deeper teal shades add lively sophistication। And here are some of mine picks.

p.s. If you love turquoise interiors as much as I do, you should definitely visit a fabulous site - House of Turquoise. It's really fantastic - so many gorgeous pictures!!!

Amy Atlas Events

WOW!!! I'm really amazed by these gorgeous dessert buffets created by Amy Atlas, owner and founder of Amy Atlas Events in New York City, She specializes in creating high-end dessert tables at weddings, bar mitzvahs, showers and every other party occasion. Atlas says: “I’ve been to lots of events that had incredible design, but it wasn’t incorporated into dessert. I want to bring dessert into the rest of event design.” - and so she does. She pays such an attention to every little detail. Each buffet represents not only the theme of the party, but also the favorite treats of the hosts. And all this made with incredible sophisticated style and taste. “I’m not looking for volume, I’m looking for quality”, she says.

I just really looooove these magnificent dessert buffets, filled with sweet colors, tasty sparkles, and fabulous textures. She is definitely queen of desserts with her breathtaking dessert tables for any occasion.

Favorite Designers: Jennifer Ferreira

I simply felt in love when I first saw the cover of this month's Canadian House and Home. I was immediately amazed by the Jennifer Ferreira's beautiful Toronto home.

But starting from the beginning. In 2000 Jennifer Ferreira joined the Gucci Group. Working for such a luxury fashion brands, have a creative influence on her as an interior designer. After five years, she decided to start her own interior design company - Ferreira Design. Her design direction is a celebration of commitment to luxury and style, which has made Ferreira Design synonymous with highest quality and exceptional beauty to interiors. Jennifer Ferreira style is classic and glamorous, evidenced through each detail of space. Her esthetic instincts translate into a crisp, clean look to all of her interiors.

And Jennifer Ferreira's Toronto home is just stunning. This is how I would see my own personal style - a classic, clean lines and neutral palette with distinguish black accents. A beautiful mix of romantic French and mid-century modern furniture. Lots of natural light. Art and personal touches throughout the space - but not cluttering it. Glamorous luxury details - the ornate mirror, the gilded inside of the pendant lamp and the bold, graphic zebra print. All very luxurious yet comfortable - loooove it!!!

And here are some things, inspired on Jennifer Ferreira's Toronto home, which I love the most:
